I help leaders and teams learn together so they can work together—more clearly, more confidently, and with greater respect. My approach is grounded in the belief that learning as a group is essential to building stronger relationships, healthier team dynamics, and workplaces where people feel able to do their best work.


For more than 20 years, I’ve facilitated learning experiences across Canada with groups representing a wide range of cultural, professional, and organizational contexts. Those experiences, combined with my certifications and background in communication, conflict resolution, and intercultural development, allow me to create workshops that are engaging, challenging, and immediately applicable to real workplace challenges.


I’m a certified practitioner of Everything DiSC®, EQ-i 2.0®, and the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI), and I hold a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. I design sessions that are practical, interactive, and grounded in the realities of working in diverse, often fast-paced environments. My work focuses on helping people show up with more clarity, compassion, and curiosity—no matter the pressures they’re facing.
